The cost of delivery is included in the cost of the order but for customers outside of the USA PLEASE NOTE: Your delivery will be subject to a Customs charge which you will need to pay in order to receive the items..
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

We keep you informed
Shortly after you place your order by credit, debit card, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order.
Once your order has been accepted and dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been processed. This email contains your order details, carrier and tracking information. If ordering as a gift, you may wish to provide your own email address and not the address of the recipient.
Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.
Delivery date information
All items are printed to order so the items on your order will ship as soon as they become available. Please contact Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to check on the status of your order.
Changes to your order
Please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to make any changes to your order. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If you have any questions, please contact Strength Matters Customer Service on +44(0)1686 627 279 immediately.
Carrier Delivery: If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can then arranget to collect your contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.
Damaged or defective orders
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please call Strength Matters Customer Service.
In case of any damage to your delivery, Strength Matters will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you're having trouble with your new Strength Matters product or believe it is defective, please call Strength Matters Customer Service immediately.
As the order are being printed to your specific order we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order and refund, if you wish to cancel please call us on +44 (0) 1686 627279 or email us email@example.com immediately.
Returns and Refunds
If you feel any of the products received are misprinted/damaged/defective you must let us know within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returns – Please contact us before returning any products. We cannot refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges as all items are printed to order.
You can shop for friends and family no matter where you live, however please be advised if you’re outside the USA your order will incur customs fees, Please note these fees are not included in the cost of your order, you will be expected to pay them when your order arrives.
